SECTION 1 – WHOLESALE DROPSHIPPING
Designed for registered businesses operating primarily online without storage facilities or inventory management capabilities.
How it works
1. Your customer places an order through your website or sales platform.
2. You submit the order details to FHGS Vestimentaire.
3. Once payment and order verification have been completed, the order is processed through our approved manufacturing and fulfillment network.
4. The product is shipped directly to your customer.

FHGS Vestimentaire does not manage customer service, returns, exchanges, pricing disputes, or policies for products sold through third-party businesses.
Product images and promotional materials may be provided when available. Partners are also welcome to create their own marketing materials.

SECTION 2 – WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION (MOST POPULAR)
Designed for registered businesses with storage facilities, warehouses, retail locations, or inventory management capabilities.
This option is ideal for businesses seeking larger quantities of products for resale or distribution.

• Independent retail pricing strategies
After approval and payment confirmation, products are shipped to the designated storage facility, warehouse, retail location, or approved delivery address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, regulatory requirements, declarations, and other fees imposed by local authorities. These costs remain the responsibility of the receiving business.
All products undergo verification and quality inspection procedures before shipment through our approved manufacturing network.
Product images and promotional materials may be provided when available. Partners may also create their own marketing content.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products supplied through Sections 1 and 2 will be sold under the FHGS Vestimentaire brand.
Businesses interested in custom branding, private-label opportunities, product customization, or other specialized arrangements should review the Collaboration page and contact us for additional information.
FHGS Vestimentaire reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any partnership involving:
• Fraudulent activity
• Brand impersonation
• Counterfeit products
• Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or intellectual property
• False or misleading advertising
• Misrepresentation of FHGS Vestimentaire products
• Discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful conduct
• Violations of local, national, or international laws
• Activities that may damage the reputation of FHGS Vestimentaire
Violations may result in immediate termination of the partnership and may lead to legal action where applicable.
Products purchased through third-party sellers, distributors, retailers, or partners are not covered by the same customer service, return, exchange, warranty, or policy terms available through the official FHGS Vestimentaire website.
Customers who purchase from a third-party seller must contact the original seller directly regarding customer service matters.
Payment methods, processing requirements, and partnership terms may vary depending on the country, region, order volume, and partnership type. Approved partners will receive complete onboarding and payment information during the application process.
